Refund policy

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Refunds will only be made if a replacement is unavailable and request is made within 7 days of delivery date. We apologize that we are unable to refund/ exchange any items if request is made after the 7 days period.
