Q: Can I get two exact same pieces?

A: Each piece is handmade therefore getting two exact pieces will be impossible

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?

A: For returns due to fault on our part (wrong/ defective) product delivered, please email us at ninestones.co@gmail.com with the following details:

1. Order Number #XXXX

2. Reason for return

3. Photo of product

This is only applicable to orders within 7 days from date of delivery. 

Reason Due to hygiene reasons, we apologise that we do not accept any exchanges.

Q: How do I maintain my Ninestones pieces?

A: All our pieces are made from polymer clay. Do store them away from direct sunlight as well as other pieces of jewelry that might scratch your Ninestones pieces. 

Q: Will my Ninestones pieces break?

A: Our pieces are very durable and will not break when dropped. However, it is possible to break them if you bend them intentionally or pull too hard. With all handmade products, a little more TLC is always required. 

Q: What material is your stud made of?

A: We use stainless steel that’s nickel and lead free, unless otherwise stated.

Q: I did not receive my parcel, what should I do?
